Paolo Bondi

General Manager of Procurement

Born in Ravenna (Italy) in 1966. Graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University (Milan). AMT, INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Between 2020 and 2026, he served as Chief People and Organization Officer; Chief Executive Officer of Thermal Generation at Endesa (2018–2019); and Chief Administration, Finance and Control Officer (2009–2018), after having been Deputy Chief Financial Officer between 2007 and 2009.

Within the Enel Group, he has held various positions, including Chief Financial Officer of the International Division (2004), Head of TLC Operations Control (2003), and Head of Strategy and Financial Analysis (2002).

Previously, he developed his career at the Eridania Béghin-Say Group (1994–2002), where he held several roles such as Chief Financial Officer, Head of Planning and Strategy, and Head of Capital Markets, as well as at the Ferruzzi-Montedison Group (1990–1994), working in treasury and finance and as a financial analyst at Montedison USA.
