From 2023 to March 2025, he served as Head of People & Organization Enel Grids and Innovability at Enel S.p.A.

Between 2022 and 2023, he held the position of Head of Global Industrial Relations, Welfare & Wellbeing at Enel S.p.A., and between 2021 and 2022, he served as Head of People & Organization Infrastructure & Networks, also at Enel S.p.A.

Previously, he served as Head of People Empowerment at Enel S.p.A. (2020–2021) and as Head of People & Organization Global Procurement (2018–2020).

Between 2015 and 2018, he held the position of SVP HR & Organization, Brand & Communication at Hitachi Rail (Italy).

Earlier in his career, he worked at AnsaldoBreda S.p.A. (Italy), where he was VP Industrial Relations – HR Manager between 2006 and 2015, and at Thales Alenia Space (Italy) as HR Manager between 2003 and 2006.

He began his professional career as a lawyer at a law firm in Italy (2000–2003).

He holds a Law degree from the University of Perugia.
